What we collect
When you use our contact form we receive your name, email address, vehicle registration (if you give it) and your message about the car.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange and carry out work on your vehicle. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We never sell your details or use them for marketing without asking.
Who handles it
Form messages are delivered to our email inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. Our email is provided by Google. The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts. Links to Facebook Messenger and YouTube take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them, and job records for as long as the law requires for accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing enquiries@doubledsautomotive.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
